Dr. Joseph McManus                                     DMD, MS, MHA, MBA, MS, FACD                             Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions             Dr. McManus has practiced pediatric dentistry for over 25 years and is now a consultant for Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions. In addition, he served as an Associate Professor of Dental Medicine at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and as the Director of Practice Management. With a degree in pediatric dentistry from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and four masters’ degrees, Dr. McManus has lectured at many dental schools and national dental meetings on practice transitions.


Sharon Mascetti                                                            Practice Transitions Consultant                                 Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions           As a Regional Sales Manager/Practice Transitions Specialist, Sharon spends her time assisting dentists grow their practices as well as creating exit strategies whether it be with partnerships, transitioning an owner into retirement or helping an associate become part of the practice. Sharon has spent her entire career in the dental market working with sales teams to help them grow their business through Henry Schein Dental.  She has helped hundreds of dentists achieve their goals to create their ideal offices. 

J.Brad Peiffer                                                                   VP - Regional Business Development Officer       Bank of America Practice Solutions                                   As the Vice President and Regional Business Development Officer for Bank of America Practice Solutions, Brad is responsible for providing lending and financing options to dentists located in the four state territory of: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland-D.C and Virginia. He has two decades of experience working with business owners, medical professionals and corporate executives. Brad understands the complexity that comes with running your own business and private practice. He helps implement specialized lending solutions specifically tailored to the dental industry. Prior to assuming his role with Practice Solutions, Brad served as a Financial Center Manager with Bank of America. In addition, Brad was self-employed for 13 years and is passionate about helping business owners simplify their current and future business priorities. Brad received a Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University, and can be found volunteering within his local community. 


Mohamed Abdullah                                                     VP - Regional Business Development Officer        Bank of America Practice Solutions                       Mohamed has been with Bank of America since 1998, holding various roles within the bank that included Sales, Credit, Customer Service and Fraud Prevention.  Over the past 8+ years Mohamed has been dedicated to the Dental profession providing advice as well as lending solutions for his clients in the Tri-State and Mid-Atlantic regions.  He has assisted in over 300+ dental startup and existing projects and believes strongly in working with local industry experts to help facilitate a successful transition.
