Conflict Resolution

Course Overview

Limit the negative aspects of conflict while increasing the positive aspects of conflict. The aim of this course is to enhance learning and group outcomes, including effectiveness of performance in an organizational setting. This course will help you understand that the solution lies with YOU, not them. By changing what you do, say and how you say it will create changes in the other person. Even if you don't always get what you want, you will be driving what happens between the two of you, not them.
