Universal Rent Control Legislation Update

As you are probably aware, the Governor has signed into law rent control/tenant protection legislation. 

We will  provide a summary of these important updates along with a Q&A session on Monday, July 1st before all offices close for the holiday. 

Some of these law changes are effective IMMEDIATELY.  We highly recommend sending 1+ members of your staff.  

If you believe these changes will not affect your company, please note, there are specific changes to the eviction process, security deposits, and collected fees.
