Find Your Target Customer 

Do you have a product and struggle to find your customer? Have a target but not sure how to reach them? In this session Mélissa will help you define your target customer. Using her WIIFT (What's In It For your Target?) worksheet, we'll answer two fundamental questions:

1. Who are you helping?
2. What are you giving?

We will use this Helping/Giving framework in a 60 min interactive group exercise followed by a Q&A period. You will leave with a defined customer target and the building blocks to help you start expressing your value to that customer in marketing copy.
