Federal Contracting - Capture and Execution - 9/09/19 - DC C0001 

This half day workshop covers the most important elements of capturing and performing Federal government contracts and subcontracts.  Subjects include an overview of Federal acquisition processes and the procurement cycle, preparing effective proposals, the fundamentals of properly executing Federal contracts and subcontracts (including reviews of the major contract types and their execution and profit characteristics), and discussions of some special contract vehicles (GSA Schedules, GWACS) and the SBA's small business preference programs. 

Instructor Bio: 

Alan Rosenberg is a highly skilled senior business, contracts management, and training professional, with more than 30 years of diversified experience in the Federal marketplace. He has broad, hands-on experience in Federal contracting and business development, supporting both small and large business. Mr. Rosenberg's expertise includes contract and subcontract formation and management, business strategy development, pricing, proposal management, training for in-house staff, conflict of interest recognition and resolution, and regulatory compliance.
