Dimensions Educational Research Foundation, in collaboration with Messiah Moravian Church Preschool, proudly invites you to two Nature Explore workshops devoted to reconnecting children with nature.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

Saturday, March 28, 2020

 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Using Your Outdoor Classroom

Experience interesting techniques for using outdoor classrooms as an integral part of children’s daily learning. Find out how well-designed outdoor spaces facilitate healthy physical, emotional, intellectual and social development in a variety of settings (from schools to early childhood programs to public spaces). 

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch

*Lunch is available for purchase off site or we invite you to bring your own lunch and join in connecting with others during this time.

1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Moving to Learn

Discover effective techniques for providing indoor and outdoor movement activities that help children develop body control, gain knowledge about the world and enjoy an outlet for emotional expression.

*Attending one workshop meets one of the requirements needed for Nature Explore Classroom certification.

We understand things happen and schedules change. If you need to cancel a workshop you are registered to attend please contact Nature Explore immediately via phone or email. A 50% refund will be received on all cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the workshop. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the workshop, no refund will be received.
