Get Started on Your Business Plan

Are you an entrepreneur who has been putting off writing your business plan because it seems overwhelming or are not even sure how to start? If so, this hands-on workshop is designed for you, whether you are still in the concept stage or need to update an old plan.  

Research has shown that businesses are more likely to be successful if they have a business plan in place. Get Started on Your Business Plan delivers on its promise, so bring a laptop and pen or pencil to begin writing per the instructor’s proven approach. 

This is a 3-hour workshop with a limited attendance of 20 to allow attendees sufficient time to think, write and ask questions.

Instructor: Dr. Fonda Na’Desh

Dr. Fonda Na’Desh is a solution finder. Through her coaching and consulting practice, Na’Desh & Associates, she assists individuals and organizations move to their next level, focusing on helping small business owners to transition from being a worker to being a leader. 

Fonda’s formal education includes a doctorate in organizational change and an MBA from Pepperdine University.  Her diverse professional experiences range from that of a manager in the computer industry to an adjunct professor in graduate level programs.

At SCORE LA, in addition to presenting workshops, Dr. Na’Desh has served as a mentor and as a member of the board for 3 years.
