   FOOTBALL TRAINING CAMP

Monday 12th August - Thurs 15th August 2019

with FA's Physical Prep Coach, Ruth Wagnorn and Head Coach of Speedworks Jonas Dodoo


Speedworks are offering an all encompassing program which underpins the Speedworks Training philosophy. The Camp is for players from 16 years old and is suitable for all abilities. The camp will cover sessions on running technique, movement efficiency, game specific technical/preparation, speed and power, conditioning and sport specific conditioning.

The camps will run from Monday to Thursday and you have the option to book for 1 day or for the whole 4 days. We have residential packages available too. For those on the residential camp, athletes will stay in the Elite Athlete Hotel on a full board basis, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. For those not staying in the hotel, lunch will be provided at the Elite Athlete Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to the track and performance centre.

Our camp programs have been developed by Head Coach, Jonas Dodoo and are tailored to cover all abilities from beginner to elite athlete. The sessions will be delivered by the Speedworks Training Team where there will be a Lead Coach for each camp as well as event specialist coaches and GB International guests.

Two sessions a day covering:

  • Event specific preparation
  • Technical running sessions
  • Running conditioning
  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Technical Analysis and Feedback
  • Lunch provided in athlete hotel
  • Use of athlete hotel for in between sessions

Full board accommodation packages available:

Residential Camp – 650 

Includes:

  • 4 nights accommodation in Elite Athlete Hotel (Sunday – Thursday) on a Full Board Basis in a twin room.
  • 3 meals per day (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner)
