Daily Schedule
November 1 - 10: Morning session 9 am - Noon. Lunch break. Afternoon session 2 pm - 5 pm. Times are approximate and subject to impermanence. SITE Santa Fe is a private venue subject to certain hours of operation. We appreciate your help with exiting the building in a swift manner after the teachings as the doors need to be locked at 5pm.
As Rinpoche will begin teaching on Longchenpa's Finding Rest in the Nature of Mind (The Trilogy of Rest, Volume 1. Tib: Semnyi Ngalso). We recommend purchasing a copy of Padmakara's recent translation to bring with you. We will not have copies for sale at the venue.
Lodging & Meals
The teachings are non-residential and will be held at SITE Santa Fe. Please do not contact the venue with questions about this event. Instead direct all inquiries to santafe@ewam.org. All students must arrange your own lodging, meals, and transportation. The Sage Inn (https://www.santafesageinn.com/) is located across the street from the teaching venue. Airbnbs within this neighborhood are also a great option. Hot water, tea and some light snacks will be available at the venue during sessions.
Registration
Registration online in advance is required of all particpants. Please register early to help us with planning. This year’s empowerments, oral transmissions and teachings have been opened once again to all serious Vajrayana practitioners, including those who were not in attendance in 2018.
Cost
Sliding scale fee structure: *$650 - $850. Please make a payment in accord with your means. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Included in the retreat fee is a $75 non-refundable deposit. You may choose at the time of registration to pay only the $75 deposit to secure your place in the retreat and continue afterward with a payment plan. The full balance on all retreat fees are to be paid in full by October 25th. There will not be the opportunity to pay at the door. Please contact santafe@ewam.org to arrange your payment plan. The retreat fee is waived for monastics.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise causing students to cancel registration. Cancellation up to one month before the event (on or before October 1, 2019) will result in a refund of all retreat fees paid (minus the non-refundable $75 deposit). Cancellations after October 1, 2019 through October 31st will result in a refund of half of retreat fees paid (minus the deposit).
Opportunities to Support the Teachings & Empowerments
If you feel inspired to make an auspicious connection to this lineage and these precious empowerments, you have the opportunity to contribute to the numerous Tsog Feast Offerings, that are performed as an integral part of receiving these transmissions and blessings. A full Tsog Feast consists of $800 worth of food and drink offering, but you are welcome to participate with any amount you wish. If you would like to dedicate the merit of your offering to a particular person or purpose, your dedication will be read aloud at the tsog for the whole assembly to join in your prayer. Nyingtig Yabzhi Tsog Feast Offering donations and dedications will be accepted until the morning of November 10, 2019.

Parking
There is no free parking by the venue. However, there is a public parking garage, other lots and meters nearby for around $7- $12 per day. We recommend staying near the venue and walking or sharing a ride with other participants whenever possible.
