Please join us for our monthly NPO CONNECT meeting!  We will hear from Alison Jorgensen and Amanda Holcomb from the Council of Community Services. Coffee and donuts will be provided. We hope to see you there!

Let's Talk About: Strategic Planning

Having a clearly articulated plan is an important component of any nonprofit’s path to success.  Internal and external forces change the organizational landscape and climate throughout the year.  The best way to prepare an organization for the year ahead is to proactively create a clear game plan.  Nonprofit Roanoke helps organizations with their strategic planning process.  In this workshop, Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitators Alison Jorgensen and Amanda Holcomb will provide background on strategic planning elements and guide the group through interactive activities. At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a better understanding of the strategic planning process and concrete ideas for their own organization.

Nonprofit staff and board members are welcome!  Space is limited.

COST: FREE!  Please note that if you register and are unable to make the networking event, you will need to let Foundation staff know immediately so that others may participate. Registrants who do not show will automatically be added to the wait list for the next networking meeting.
