Congolese Leaders Summit

August16-17, 2019 

 

A gathering of pastors and leaders of Congolese churches and ministries in the United States will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 16-17, 2019.

The event begins Friday afternoon at 5:00 pm and concludes Saturday at 4:00pm. There is no childcare provided.

Tentative Schedule:

Friday, August 16:

5:00-6:30pm Gathering

6:30-7:30pm Dinner

7:30pm  Introductions, greetings, speaker Nzuzi Mukawa-Congo MB national leader, pastoral recognition Henri Ngolo-Global Diaspora

Saturday, August 17:

8:00-9:00am  Breakfast

9:00am  Devotional - Apostle Claude Tambatamba, New Jerusalem Temple, Sioux Falls, SD

10:00-12:00  Session #1 -  Who are we?   USMB and Congolese Diaspora Churches

12:00-1:00pm   Lunch

1:00-3:00pm   Session #2 - Vision Forward  USMB and Congolese Diaspora Churches

3:00-4:00pm  Closing time of prayer and blessing

Location: The event will be held at: Kingsgate Conference Center, at the University of Cincinnati, 151 Goodman Street, Cincinnati OH 45219, 513-487-3800. www.kingsgatehotel.com

Sessions and the meals will be in the Mt. Echo and Mt Auburn Rooms. 

Registration: There is no registration fee to attend this event. However each person must register for the event so we can plan adequately. Local area participants can select the meals they plan to attend.  You must register for this event no later than Thursday, July 25, 2019. 

Accommodations: We will make your hotel reservation for you.

For those local participants NOT staying at the hotel, please check "NO, I'm NOT staying at the hotel" and also SELECT the meals you plan to attend.

Transportation:  There is no hotel shuttle service. The hotel is located 15 miles from the Cincinnati Area Airport (CVG). The hotel recommends Executive Airport Shuttle service or there are other shuttle services available, as well as taxis, Uber and Lyft. 

Parking:  For those local participants not staying at the hotel, there is a hotel parking fee. If you plan to drive to the consultation and park at the hotel, we can provide a discounted parking ticket if you request. Please note your request on the registration form.
