Keynote: Sheree Savage, co-owner and the “Her” in Hero Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. The company has grown from four employees to over 100 in six years. Savage began her army career in 1997 as an Engi-neering Specialist - Carpentry and Masonry and is currently serving in the National Guard. She is also ac-tive in the Women’s Leadership Forum, World Encounter.
