We hope you’ll join us as an exhibitor during our 2019 Public Policy Conference. Your exhibit provides an excellent opportunity to develop new contacts, present your organization and showcase ways in which your organization can help support those who work on behalf of individuals and families with behavioral health and developmental disability services needs in Virginia. Conference participants will visit the displays throughout the day and during the networking reception, continental breakfasts, and morning and afternoon breaks.

EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE

October 1 :           Optional setup 4pm-5:30pm

October 2:            Exhibit Center Open 9:30am - 5:00pm  - Conference begins this day at 11:00am
                                  (you may set up as early as you would like this morning)

October 3:            Exhibit Center Open 8:00am - 5:00pm (exhibits must be removed by 6pm)

NEW - NETWORKING RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP   $1500         THREE AVAILABLE

 Our networking reception will take place on Thursday, October 3rd from 5 - 6pm. We offer complimentary heavy hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar is available. Many of our members enjoy this time to network after a full conference day.

Exhibit fee includes: (Table top exhibits only – no floor stands permitted)

• One (1) exhibit staff - invited to attend all conference sessions, meals, breaks and reception
