Soybean Oil Innovation Session 

Join AURI and the United Soybean Board to hear results of a multi-location high oleic soybean oil frying test. Learn first-hand about the health and economic benefits of high oleic soybean oil from the research participants and sample foods made with high oleic soybean oil.

Attendees will receive a free 10-gallon sample of high oleic soybean oil and have the opportunity to win Free High Oleic Soybean Oil for a Year!*

*Oil samples limited to first 50 restaurant and foodservice attendees. Free high oleic soybean oil for a year defined as a maximum of 52 35-pound cases.
