3 Simple Rules:

1. Everyone is welcome to this fun event so bring your Credit Union friends, business partners, and even family. They don't want to miss out on this exciting night!

2. We need your help to make this night a success! Ask your Credit Union or business to donate items for the event. See below for ideas on how you can help!

3. Bring extra $$$. In addition to your pre-paid “all-in” pass, you’ll have a chance to bid on silent auction items! Additional “all-in” paddles are a $5 donation. Credit cards accepted.

>> Who Can Donate:

The auction is the best part of this event, but we need your help to make it happen!

Donated "Auffle items" are appreciated and can range from fancy to funny, casual to elegant or small to large! Donations can be made by individuals, state chartered credit unions, or vendors. Federally chartered credit unions cannot make donations in kind.

Need ideas to donate? Gift baskets, wine, event tickets, jewelry, theme park tickets, movie passes, electronic devices, gift cards, memorabilia, home decor, and more.

If you have an item ready to donate, you can either mail or deliver it to us by September 20th:

Steve Larranaga
Sandia Lab FCU
39 S. Livermore Ave #101
Livermore, CA 94550
925-245-6901

We'd love your help. If your interested in donating, please contact Ciara Fogleman at ccummins@oefcu.org for more details.

>> At the Event

Each paid attendee will receive their “all-in” pass/bidders paddle upon arrival. This pass gives you the opportunity to win every item at the Auffle! How? Each "raffle" item will be raffled by pulling a bingo ball. If the # pulled matches the # on your paddle, you win! It’s that simple! After each item is claimed, the pulled bingo # goes back into the mix, giving you a chance to win again and again!

In addition to raffle items, you will have the opportunity to bid on specially designated silent "auction" items.

Thank you in advance for your support and participation in this fun and worthwhile event! With your help, we’ll make this a great success for PAC!

Still a little confused about how it all works… no worries, we’ll explain it all at the event. For now, just follow the 3 simple rules above and leave the rest to us!
