Learn the habits that can keep you active and healthy in mind, body, and spirit. The public is invited to enjoy a morning of workshops, demonstrations, health screenings and lectures. Come and dance the afternoon away including Ballroom, Line and Salsa dancing. Spotlight lecture by Alan Chapman of KUSC, and Pilates instructor Monica Blake.
