EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Space is limited so please have your information turned in no later than October 4, 2019.

EXHIBIT SPACE DETAILS: Unless otherwise requested, you will be provided with an 8x10 booth area with one dressed table and two chairs.  Access to electrical outlet must be requested.  You will be responsible for your own display and the ordering and payment of any additional items such as audio/visual equipment, telephones, and internet access.

LODGING AND TRAVEL RESERVATIONS: All exhibitors will be responsible for making their own hotel and travel reservations.

EXHIBIT SHIPMENT: All exhibitors are responsible for the shipment of their exhibit materials to and from the hotel.  Exhibitors are responsible for set-up, tear down, staffing their exhibit, packing and return shipping cost.  All arrangements should be made through the conference hotel.

SCHEDULED EXHIBIT HALL EVENTS:

Set-up Sunday, October 13th, 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm or Monday, October 14th, 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Tear-Down Tuesday, October 15th, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Exhibit times begin Monday, October 14th, at 9:00 and continue throughout the conference until Tuesday, October 15th at 4:30 pm.

EXHIBITORS ARE PROVIDED WITH ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY CONFERENCE ATTENDEE.  IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER THEM THROUGH THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION TAB.
