What Works to Promote Faster & Sustainable Global Growth:  A Roundtable Discussion

In a recent webinar poll, 63% of associations noted that global growth is a necessity, and yet many are slow to seize the opportunity or uncertain how to capitalize on it.

So what’s holding you back?

Join our hand-picked group of association executives to share learnings and co-create the most effective format for sustainable global growth.  The intimate exchange in roundtable format led by global, agile and knowledge/innovation experts will allow time to go deeply into the following issues:

  • What does being obsessed with the customers’ needs mean, and why does it matter so much in ensuring global relevance?
  • Why should you use markets outside the USA as an incubator or safe-haven in which to innovate, experiment and adapt?
  • How to create a culture of collaboration, empowerment and accountability with non HQ staff versus one of control and command?
  • Speed to market is crucial and >80% associations agree disruption is certain or likely, so how do you encourage innovation, anticipation, experimentation and failure from these?
  • Product, service and value adaptation are crucial for global success. What defines a good  process/methodology to experiment with new ideas for products or member benefits?
  • Defining or containing “perceived” risk associated with global development and local delivery.

We will build on some of the ideas shared during our July 16th webinar on innovation and customer obsession, as well as elaborate on topics you want to explore.
