Daring Greatly Workshop

 Inspired by the work of Brene Brown, Sarah Carter, LCSW,  will be offering a Daring Greatly Workshop focused on creating compassion, cultivating self-love and setting boundaries in relationships. You will learn ways to engage in self-care to improve, mood, self-esteem and connection with others. We will explore how to set appropriate boundaries and engage in a self-care practices. In addition, we will explore the anatomy of trust in relationship and how to improve our relationships through boundaries and accountability.

This Workshop will be focusing on BRAVING and how we can cultivate more trust in our relationships as we set boundaries and practice self-care.
