Meet the Intructors 
 

 

 

 

Alice Dommert, RA, RYT
Alice began practicing yoga when an injury forced her to slow down. Yoga was not her first choice of activity, but after 20 years yoga has shared many valuable lessons. She became a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2009 and launched Prasada to bring mind-body practices to companies.

Ms. Dommert is a licensed Architect (RA), has a Master of Fine Arts in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Corporate Yoga Specialist (CYS) and holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology in addition to extensive Mindfulness teaching. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meg Townsend, RA, RYT-500
Meg has been teaching yoga for almost 10 years and is passionate about guiding people to experiencing their inherent place of inner calm and strength. She is a dedicated student of Yogarupa Rod Stryker and the Himalayan Institute. In addition to over 500 hours of yoga training, she holds certifications as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and Reiki Master.

When not teaching, she enjoys spending time gardening, singing opera, cycling and traveling the world. She is at home anywhere, whether it be riding a camel in the Sahara desert, hiking in the French Pyrenees, or exploring Philadelphia where she currently resides.

Would you like to have more energy and be able to sleep better? 

 

Yoga is a practice of mind and body with many benefits yet it can also be a bit confusing. There are many styles of yoga and it can be hard to know which style will support what you need most. 

In this workshop Alice Dommert and Meg Townsend of Prasada will lead you through a yoga practice that includes three different styles of yoga and share the benefits of each and how each might work for you.
