Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) EPREP on Aug. 14 at CMRO
All NEW DDA providers must enroll into Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP) to be assigned a Medical Assistance number (MA#). All necessary information will be shared with you at the training session.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENROLL IN ePREP WITHOUT FIRST ATTENDING A TRAINING SESSION.
To assist you in enrolling properly and avoiding errors, DDA has created training sessions to complete your initial enrollment in ePREP. Incorrectly set up accounts will significantly delay processing time and your payments from Medicaid could be affected, so we highly recommend you attend a session to complete your initial enrollment.
Please bring the following to your session:

Laptop computer that can either connect to an ethernet cord, or your own personal hotspot (there is no wifi available in the building)

Any applicable license documents (saved to laptop or on thumb drive)

Maryland State business registration (saved to laptop or on thumb drive)

Name and contact info for owners and managing members

Organizational documents (saved to laptop or on thumb drive)
