After the overwhelming response that we received at the Implicit Bias EDU event in April, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee is excited to announce four opportunities for Impact 100 members to deepen their understanding of racial inequities in our community and beyond through various conversation series.
The women who participate in the virtual book club will be recognized as Equity Supporters and those who participate in the conversation series and/or Racial Equity Matters will be recognized as Equity Champions on Giving Tuesday on December 2. We will invite Equity Supporters and Champions to use their knowledge and understanding around racial equity through Impact 100’s 2020 grant review process.
