In this session, Ivan Todorovski from the Newcomer Centre of Peel will explain the necessary steps involved in starting a small business in Ontario. Topics covered will include assessing your entrepreneurial readiness, the various forms of business ownership, government regulations, the importance of a business plan, forecasting cash flow, identifying your target market, and when and why to register for HST.
