About Nefesh Mountain

Nefesh Mountain is a critically acclaimed progressive string band who ingeniously blends Bluegrass and Old-Time musical stylings with cultural influences from their own Jewish heritage, reimagining a world of American roots music that is all their own. Their music, called "Highly eclectic" by Rolling Stone, and "Crisp, refined, timeless Bluegrass" by The Bluegrass Situation is complete with the kind of musically adept string virtuosity and through composed arrangements one would hope for from a dynamic newgrass band.
