Who should attend? CDC executives and staff, attorneys and paralegals representing CDCs and lenders, and bankers and bank staff participating in SBA 504 loans. Successful completion of this course constitutes attendance at an SBA-approved 504 loan closing training course
per SOP 50 10 5.
