This workshop will help you better understand methods of protecting intellectual property, including creative works, distinctive names, and new inventions. It will discuss which type of protection is appropriate for the product or service you want to safeguard. The class will include how to protect your E-Commerce and website.

Madeline Baer, Esq.
Madeline Baer is an intellectual property attorney. She has a 
background as Partner and Counsel to major law firms in New York city. Her areas of expertise include patents, copyrights trademarks, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. She received a PhD From Yale University and a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law and is a SCORE NYC certified mentor.
