This Message Clarity Workshop is about crafting the right words you need to win customers. During this fast-paced working session (bring your laptop!), we will audit and edit your customer-facing copy: the words (usually way too many) that describe you and your products/services. The simple truth: Customers buy what they clearly understand. If your customer is confused about how to work with you or how to refer you, you are LEAVING MONEY ON THE TABLE. If you aren’t overwhelmed with sales, then your message is not clear enough. If you sell something, this workshop is for you.
What we'll cover:- Understand why you aren't connecting with your ideal customer- Identify the key words that connect with your customers and close the sale- Learn by doing with on-the-spot website and sales material reviews- How to get your entire team on the same page to successfully sell
Fee $75
