Instructor: Greg McNally

Greg McNally is the owner and CEO of Food Power Inc., a restaurant consulting firm operating in southern California. Specializing in solving complex restaurant problems. Greg has expertise in all aspects of restaurant operations including concept and business plan development, investment opportunities, financial analysis, team development and management, brand and cultural alignment. In his career Greg has owned and operated 5 of his own restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Greg was also on the management team of a publicly traded national restaurant company.

Today Greg uses his expertise to advise restauranteurs, property owners and developers helping them to successfully grow and manage their food service operations. He is also a SCORE presenter and a member of the board of directors for the California Restaurant Association, Los Angeles Chapter.
