Brought to you by the Georgia Supported Employment Capacity Building Initiative.

The purpose of the job developers skill building boot camp is to enhance your personal best in job development and improve your employer approach. Attendees will participate in a series of interactive hands-on exercises with peers. Consider the talents of job seekers as you explore community, build on your networks, and overcome barriers.

After completing the skil building boot camp, participants may join the Job Developers Cohort currently underway.

The Georgia Job Developers Cohort's purpose is to build a network of employment leaders who will serve as the conduit between Georgia’s employers and job candidates with intellectual and development disabilities. The cohort is designed to provide current job development techniques and tools. As a cohort member, there will be a multitude of opportunities to network, share expertise, set the standards for Georgia’s best practices, and challenge the status quo.
