Leadership Development Training Program

This program focuses on the core competencies of leadership. Leaders gain insight into management theories and leadership best practices to help master challenges in a constantly changing environment. Utilizing the DiSCŪ Profile, leaders gain insight into their communication style and its impact on their team. They will be better equipped to develop high functioning teams, benefit by having a greater understanding of their role, and increase their knowledge of business acumen. This program is designed for the more experienced leader/manager.
