HR Essentials for the Non-HR Manager 

It is critical for managers to understand employment laws as they are normally the first contact for many employees.  How they handle the employer-employee relationship can have a major impact on your organization.  Managers are often involved in the creation of job descriptions, participate in the interview process, have responsibility for day-to-day supervision and coaching, and administer discipline.

This workshop will introduce managers to many of the employment laws and provide guidance on enforcing policies and procedures. It will also help managers become more aware of their own actions.
