CREW San Antonio is launching a new fitness program series, CREWfit, for members interested in attending small group workout sessions! Our kick-off workout class will be a 60 minute session at Energy X including a mix of rowing, strength training using the TRX & Kettlebell, and yoga. Small classes provide a unique opportunity to connect with fellow CREW members and enjoy an energizing, personalized workout in a comfortable environment!
