Nicole B. Hockenberry, a PA native, has been tap dancing and teaching   professionally for over 25 years. Nicole became a performing member of A & G Dance in 1991 under the artistic direction of Germaine Salsberg and Manattan Tap in 1992, under the artistic direction of Heather Cornell.

 Nicole was a founding member of the women's tap trio, The Shelley Oliver Tap Dancers, under the artistic direction of Shelley Oliver and musical director David Leonhardt from 1997 - 2002. She is a featured speaker and performer on behalf of Dr. James "Buster" Brown in the documentery "Doctors of Dance" (2002).

Nicole is currently on staff at the Muhlenberg College Dance Dept. and Maravian College Jazz Music Dept. and artistic director of TAP-Teach All People.

Lane Alexander (Co-founder and Director, Chicago Human Rhythm Project) is a master teacher, performer, choreographer, producer, advocate and community organizer. He has led CHRP for 30 years during which CHRP grew to become the first year-round presenting institution in the U.S. dedicated to American tap and comtemporary percussive arts. Lane is one of the foremost experts on Morton Gould and Danny Daniel's "Tap Dance Concerto" which he has performed all over the world.

Lane choreographed the second tour of "Tap Dance Kid", served as tap master for the national tour of "Billy Elliot"and served 10 years as faculty member and senior advisor to the  Beijing Contemporary Music Academy.

Lane continues to teach tap classes at the American Rhythm Center and at workshops and festivals around the world.
