Women's Group - Healing Trauma 

Have you been affected by trauma? We invite you to join us for this group healing experience that will focus on self-acceptance, self-care and ways to create healing in your life. You will learn how to create and focus on your goals and how to create a vision for your life.

Sarah Carter, LCSW will lead the group and teach specific techniques to help manage depression and anxiety, to cope with stress in healthy, effective ways, and to increase, community involvement, and empowerment.
