We are pleased to have guest speaker Frank Kerbein, Director of the Center for Human Resources at The Business Council of New York State, joining us to provide a New York Employment Law Update.  This legal update will provide HR professionals with insight into recent and pending human resources and labor legislation that impacts workforce compliance.

Frank is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations with nearly 35 years of experience in human resource management.  At The Business Council, Frank is responsible for advocating at the state and federal level for members on labor and human resource issues, as well as providing human resources consulting services to those employers.  Frank is a frequent presenter on HR topics across the state and nationally.

Also joining us is our Consortium partner, Jaci Kelleher, who is a labor and employment attorney with the firm of Stafford, Owens, Piller, Murnane, Kelleher & Trombley.  Jaci will discuss the complex topic of Workers’ Compensation from a Risk Management Point of View.
