Questions about eligibility, services, and coordination of benefits are some of the hot topics that continue to be at the top of the list.
- Member Panel Discussion with Q&A - DD Focus
Mercy Care's Office of Individual and Family Affairs (OIFA) has put together a panel of family members that will participate in thoughtful discussion around common challenges, successes, and areas for improvement for service delivery to DD members and families. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the panel as well as Mercy Care OIFA, DD Liaisons, and Provider Relations team members.
- Primary Care Physicians - Behavioral Health Training and Q&A
As a PCP, what Behavioral Health services are you able to provide? Where can you find the BH diagnosis a PCP office can treat and prescribe medications? How do you know who to refer members to when behavioral health services are needed? Where can you find the information on Behavioral Health benefits? Mercy Care's Behavioral Health Coordinator will provide a training to answer those questions and more. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the presenter as well as Mercy Care Medical Management and Provider Relations team members.
