The Ultimate Cranberry Experience

Enjoy cranberry cocktails and appetizers on the shoreline or in our cranberry bog surrounded by floating berries!  Nosh on cranberry stilton and other local cheeses and vegetables while enjoying a cranberry-insprired beverage.

Kickback in our soft seating area that overlooks our historic cranberry bogs while listening to the sweet sounds of the Hiller-Gobush Band.  As dinner approaches, take a seat under our rustic tent and enjoy an expertly prepared meal.  When the stars come out, pull up a seat around the fire and relax under the New England sky.



Event Notes

The Bog to Table Dinner had been designed for attendees 21 years and older.  The dinner will be held rain or shine.  Dress casually to allow for waders to be worn over garments, if you desire to enter the bog area.  Shuttles will be provided from the parking area to the cranberry bog area.  Ticket sales are limited and will not be available at the door.

Bog to Table Dinner 2019 

For the fourth year, the A.D. Makepeace Company and Off the Vine Catering are teaming up for the Bog to Table Dinner.  Offering gourmet food and specialty drinks, the evening begins with a cocktail hour in the magically lit cranberry bog.  Dinner is served bogside under a tent as the sun sets and the moon rises!

Have you ever wanted to get into a bog filled with cranberries just like in the Ocean Spray commercials? Now is your chance, with a wild twist: the cocktail hour before the dinner will be held in a flooded bog full of floating berries! Guests will have the opportunity to put on a pair of stylish waders and step into the bog, creating the perfect photo-worthy cranberry memory.


While sipping cocktails, guests will enjoy a large cheese display featuring local cheeses, fall crudité, cranberry yogurt dip, and more.  A variety of complimentary cranberry-inspired beverages are also availabe during this time, including locally made cranberry wine, beer, spirits, sangria, and cider!

After cocktails, guests will gather under a tent along the shores of the bog for an unforgettable dinner.  The talented chefs from Off the Vine Catering have created a meal to remember that features cranberries in each of the four courses.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live music by the Hiller-Gobuch Band, the warmth of a nearby fire, and great company.

Cocktail Hour Refreshments

NEW ENGLAND CHEESE AND CRUDITE STATION  Cranberry stilton, Grafton cheddar, local goat cheese drizzled with honey and cranberries. baked brie with cranberry chutney, fall crudite with cranberry Greek yogurt dip, assorted nuts, pumpkin seeds, and assorted dried fruits. 

 

Salad Course

LOCAL GREEN SALAD WITH FRESH BREAD ~ Little Leaf Farms greens topped with roasted pumpkin, our own pickled cranberries, shaved radish, and cranberry vinaigrette. Served with a basket of fresh breads including cranberry pecan rolls, cranberry nut bread, cranberry soda bread, and savory cranberry walnut biscuit.

Pasta Course 

HARVEST PASTA ~ Rigatoni pasta with cranberry, Italian sausage, red wine, kale, cream & pecorino.

Entree Course

FRENCHED PORK CHOP ~ Coleman all natural 12 oz Frenched pork chop roasted with cranberry and brown sugar. Served with fingerling potatoes, brussels sprouts, and cranberry mustard fruit.

 Dessert Course

CRANBERRY CHOCOLATE TORTE ~ Chocolate cake covered in ganache and garnished with sugared cranberry coulis. A selection of fresh brewed coffee and hot tea will be available with dessert.
