WCSS 2020 Vendor Registration 

Dear Exhibitor:

The 2020 Wisconsin Council for Social Studies State Conference, is at the Madison Concourse Hotel on March 15th and 16th, 2020.  The Exhibit Hall Grand Opening will be around 1:30 pm (tentative) on Sunday, March 15th. Set-up will be on Sunday, March 15th from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.  The exhibit hall will be open throughout the conference from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm on Sunday and 8 am to 2 pm on Monday, March 16th.  Exhibit hall set-up will be through the Wisconsin Expo, Inc.  Exhibitor booths are 8’ x 10’ and include pipe and drape, a sign, an 8’ table, and two chairs.  Additional equipment including tables, carpet, etc. will be provided through Wisconsin Expo, Inc. Internet and electrical hook-ups are provided through the hotel.  There is a tiered pricing system connected to deadlines, so we encourage you to apply early and book your spot prior to February 1, 2020, to secure the lowest prices.  Please register early! Last year we filled all of our registration spaces.  

Additional ways you can be involved in the WCSS Conference this year:

Sponsorship.  A vendor can sponsor a meal, snack or our Sunday evening reception. Sponsorship will include signage at the meal, snack or reception as well as a ½ page ad in the program and one vendor booth spot.  Additional spots are available at regular rates if you would like a larger space. These sponsorship opportunities will likely sell out so please do not delay.  

Giveaways for a discount!  Vendors can save $25 per booth space with the donation of a door prize (with a value of at least $25).  *Total savings may not exceed $25.
