About our Speaker:

Jeff Skolnick, MD, PhD Cascade Behavioral Health 

Jeff Skolnick MD, PhD is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry through University of Washington.  He has doctoral training in Neuro-psychology and a PhD n National Health Science.  Dr. Skolnick has been a Zen Meditation and teacher for almost 40 yrs and a published author of “Awaken your Brain: Coming Alive to Vibrant Wellness and new Reality”.  He specializes in brain training and wellness for peak living.

Parking is readily available in the outdoor Cedar Creek Memory Care Community parking lot as well as on the street. If you are handicapped, there will be handicapped parking available for you inside the covered garage.
