To date, the Foundation’s programs have awarded grants to over 300 schools across Illinois to support the installation of small scale solar PV and wind systems. Although small, each system will become part of the school’s curriculum as well as generate free electricity. More information and monitoring can be found at www.IllinoisSolarSchools.org.
