American Family Insurance will open its doors for popular Gemba walks, with an  update on how they are taking their lean initiatives to the next level.  We'll launch our first Continuous Improvement Poster Showcase, and offer a host of  breakout sessions featuring continuous improvement and Lean strategies from Wisconsin education, local, municipal and state agencies, and public and private sector organizations.

  • Non-Members:  $190 each.

  • SUMMIT  SPECIAL: Bring a group of 5 or more from the same organization (registering at the same time) and earn a special Lean price of $99 per person.  Enter code LEAN5
  • Day of Event Registration:  $190 per person – no discounts available.
  • Payments accepted via check or PayPal (details at the registration page). Please note: for those registering with purchase cards (p-cards), the address you provide must exactly match the p-card billing address to be processed by PayPal, otherwise payment will be rejected. If you have issues with PayPal, please select the "Pay by Check" option to complete the registration information, and contact WCPE to request an invoice or make other arrangements for payment.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations accepted and refunds made through September 30, but WCPE will withhold a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made after September 30 or event no-shows will forfeit their registration fees, however registrations are fully transferrable at any time.
