PLAC In partnership with CVI will present a FREE Interactive Educational Program “Targeting Care of the Diabetic Patient With Cardiovascular Risk: Hitting the Sweet Spot” The program is being held Thursday, October 15, 2019 at Prime Rib Restaurant, 1701 Locust Street, Philadelphia 19103. The program begins at 6:00pm with a Reception followed by the Presentation and Dinner.

Space is limited!  We are offering seating to PLAC members first... So PLEASE sign up today, if you have an interest!  Seating will be offered to practicing clinicians first, and we hope to accommodate as many guests as possible.

Target Audience: This program is intended for practicing clinicians with an interest in diagnosis and management of lipid disorders.
