Please mark your calendars for the next CCC Members Meeting in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The event is scheduled for November 19-22, 2019.

The registration is now open for Charter, Core, and Adopter Members. Adopters are only allowed to observe but not actively participate in the Working Group or Task Group proceedings. ATLs will be allowed  to attend the Opening Plenary, the MirrorLink Certification Session, and the Social Event.

The early bird registration fee is $350. The regular registration fee of $450 will apply after October 04, 2019.

Kota Kinabalu International Airport is the international airport in Kota Kinabalu. After Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it is the second busiest airport in Malaysia.

You may reach Kota Kinabalu directly from major world cities or from other airports within Malaysia:

There are regular flights to the major Asian cities like Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul–Incheon, Shanghai, etc. as well as Malaysian cities like Kuching, Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur. CCC Members are responsible for securing their own hotel room. CCC has not reseved any sleeping rooms for this event. Some hotels within 10 min. walking distance to the Meeting Venue include:

Lunch will be provided for all 4 days.

Participation Notice:

Because we expect registration to be full, please register early.  Any registration cancellations must be sent to CCC at least one week prior to the event date.  The available registrations will then be given to someone else on the waiting list.  Failure to do so may block you from attending future CCC events.
