 "La Chute" (in English, "The Fall") is a philosophical novel by Albert Camus, presented through a series of monologues by Jean-Baptiste Clamence, a man in search of an impossible redemption. Clamence presents the image of mankind, questioning his existence in the face of the world, his faults, and his life. The production includes a dancer who incarnates various characters who appear in Clamence's story as a form of choreographed dialogue.

This production is presented in collaboration with the SUNY Buffalo State Departments of Modern and Classical Languages, Philosophy, and Theater.
