Basics of Watercolor (October/November 2019)

Beginning October 30th, join Colleen for her Basics of Watercolor class at her studio/classroom location!

Colleen will teach basic concepts for approaching watercolor or provide individual guidance for ongoing artists with "a day job." 

If minimum four students enroll for "Basics" - the first two sessions will include instruction and demonstration. You will learn about watercolor supply options, brush handling tips & techniques, as well as various classic approaches to watercolor (wet-on-dry, wet-into-wet, and flat or graded washes).

Ongoing students bring individual projects and Colleen will provide guidance and feedback. 

First month sessions will be October 30, November 6, 13, & 20
(to avoid Thanksgiving Eve, we will begin the last Wednesday in October).

After successful completion of Watercolor Basics, beginning students who have joined for a full month will join Colleen's ongoing individual guidance classes for the remaining two weeks of the month.

Class Cancellation/Refund Policy: Thank you for considering joining my watercolor class(es) this month! Since you will have secured your seat, it is no longer available for another hungry painter. Therefore, class fees are generally not refundable or transferrable. You do have a 48-hour "grace period" to change your mind. The grace period applies only if purchased prior to the first class day of the month. If we cancel any class(es), a calculated proportionate fee for the missed class(es) will be refunded, or the class(es) will be rescheduled at your convenience. Okay, we understand emergencies happen. However, unanticipated emergenices must be rare and/or catostrophic (i.e. you broke a leg while chasing the cat, or your son/daughter/dog crashed the car or lit the house on fire). No more than one emergency will be considered for refund or rescheduling in 12 months of paid classes...since, uh, we still gotta pay the rent while your broken bone heals. So sorry you had to go through that, though.
