WI Dept of Revenue Workshop 

Join us for this member exclusive FREE workshop, presented by the Compliance Bureau of the WI Dept of Revenue. Learn the intricacies of Representation with the WIDOR Collection and Compliance Divisions! Light refreshments will be included. Although the workshop is free, we do ask you to register by Oct 25th.

Representing your clients when they have Wisconsin tax debt can be challenging as there are no educational manuals like the Federal IRM for guidance. Learn how to help your clients into compliancy and resolve their tax debt efficiently and fairly. Wisconsin tax debt NEVER goes away!

At this workshop we will get to meet the directors and section chiefs, and learn what they can do for you.

 WE will have the opportunity to give THEM feedback from our 1st Workshop! (If you weren’t at the 1st Workshop we can send you the program slides and Dave Fayram’s review from our newsletter)

 Learn the differences in the various WIDOR departments and their prospective telephone numbers, email address and locations to call, visit or email to get solutions.

 We asked that they explain if the Revenue Agent training is different between compliance and collections? (Some EA’s mentioned they are able to work out solutions easier with compliance than collections)

 We asked that WIDOR explain the collection process and the proper way to prepare the financials, form A771 and how the fairness determination is made when we list our clients expenses to determine how much they can afford to pay Wisconsin, since WI doesn’t follow the National Standard
