Drawing from innovative sites across the United States, this illustrated book talk will profile intriguing new models for adapting to the 
rapidly-shifting role museums must play in the 21st century. Authors Max van Balgooy and Kenneth Turino will share insights from their newly-published anthology, Reimagining Historic House Museums: New Approaches and Proven Solutions. They will be joined in conversation by Lisa Ackerman, Chair of the Historic House Trust and Executive Director of the Columbus Citizens Foundation.

Presented in partnership with the Historic House Trust of New York City and New York University's Archives & Public History MA Program.
