We are excited to welcome as our keynote speaker Dr. Alexander E. Metcalf, PhD. Dr. Metcalf is the President of Transportation Economics & Management Systems, Inc. 

Dr. Metcalf has over 30 years of experience directing high-speed rail projects, and one of his latest projects welcomes the proposed "T-Rail" that would run from Toledo to Detroit Metro Airport with stops in Monroe. Learn about this exciting venture!
