Ever wonder why cold calls and emails don’t generate the leads you need to attract more clients and sales? Want to identify your own target audience and craft an effective message that will make them want to work with you?  Sometimes the traditional methods of finding clients don’t work in today’s fast-paced competitive business environment.  You need a solid prospecting strategy. 

This workshop will provide a structured method to boost prospecting efforts, give you an immediate competitive edge so you’ll have no hesitation about reaching out to your ideal buyers at any time!  Facilitated by a commercial sales expert, it explores a structured approach that gets the responses and leads you need to grow your business. Topics include building a list based on your target audience, developing your sales story and using various techniques to get the conversation going with your prospects.

Alan has been in Sales and New Business Development for more than 30 years. He began representing commercial photographers in New York City doing business with ad agencies, graphic design firms, financial services and numerous national brands. He then ran his own stock photo agency for several years. In 2006 he got into the commercial real estate field, first in retail and office leasing, then into investment real estate sales. Some years later he founded Flatiron Sales Strategies to help people build their own client lists, acquire new business and to share his experience and successes in sales.
