Diabetes Halloween Party 2019

Monday, October 21, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM - it's open house style so come and go as you please!
You are invited to a diabetes community event presented by Idaho Diabetes Youth Programs and the Lions Clubs! We are super excited to host this year's Halloween Party at The Farmstead in Kuna! Join us for a fun night including most of the activities at The Farmstead,
diabetes networking, and a whole lot of family fun!
Food is not provided, bring a sack dinner for you/yours. We hope you and your family will RSVP and join us for this exciting event. This will be an open house event so join us anytime between 4 pm and 9 pm. Costumes optional.
